Ayelén Coccoz is a visual artist. She attended  the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes P. Pueyrredón, the Hochschule für bildende Künste -HfBK- Dresden (Germany) and at the Artists Program of the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. She received support from the Fondo Nacional de las Artes, the Fondo Metropolitano de Cultura and the Mecenazgo Cultural program. She obtained the 1st prize Itaú Artes Visuales 2014, special mentions in the Fontana 2013 award and Salón Nacional 2019, 2nd prize UADE 2021, 1st prize Salón Rosa Galisteo de Sta Fé 2022, and was selected for the 8M 2023 Award.  Her work was acquired by the Contemporary Art collection of the state of Saxony, Germany, through the program Förderankauf der Kulturstiftung Sachsen 2019. She has taken part in numerous national and international exhibitions. She lives and works in Buenos Aires.
